  2. That’s quite an eclectic list! The haunting lyrics of The Doors’ “The End” echo down the halls of my soul. Jefferson Airplane’s “White Rabbit” reaches deep into my inner mind. Joplin’s “Summertime” still gives me goosebumps. And. Simon & Garfunkel’s “The Boxer” intimately touches the pain of misfortune:

    “In the clearing stands a boxer,
    And a fighter by his trade
    And he carries the reminders
    Of ev’ry glove that laid him down
    Or cut him till he cried out
    In his anger and his shame,
    “I am leaving, I am leaving”
    But the fighter still remains…”
