I made this using Stella 4d: Polyhedron Navigator. You can try this program for yourself at this website.

Dear Robert,
I would like to make a physical version and use it as a part of a commercial object.
Are there any licencing fees to be paid?
I enjoy seeing the various shapes that you draw and have a copy of Stella 1v.
But I have no clue on how to go about making any such shapes in Stella.
Would you up load some tutorials.
Regards
Ashok
