Hi. But those blue are not tetradecagons (14 sides), they’re hexadecagons (16 sides).

I still count 14, and I placed their vertices, using rotation, around a central point at angles of 360/14 degrees to form the first tetradecagon. Are you able to magnify the image to get a better look at it?
