This may be a trifle pedantic, but the way I look at your construction there are actually five rings of 11 shapes = 3 of various coloured shapes and in between them two rings of 11 black parallelograms. Still it is an interesting creation, how ever many rings of eleven it contains.

I actually did consider calling this “Five Rings of Eleven,” although I ended up going with the illuminated three.
