I made this .gif, of two dodecahedra orbiting a common center of mass, using a program called Stella 4d: Polyhedron Navigator. This program may be tried for free at http://www.software3d.com/Stella.php.

I was fascinated by your two dodecahedra as it reminded me so much of Level One of Ffellonic geometry, when two spheres come together to create a linear formation. Then as more spheres attach, arrangements of increasing stable symmetry are formed over the next eleven Levels. Finally creating the pure geometry of a tetrahedral-octahedral honeycomb.
